The role of the BC Leadership Team along with the Chinese Administration is shared responsibility for the operation and success of Sino Canada which encompasses both education and management responsibilities. 

The BC administration oversees the major areas of curriculum and instruction, student discipline, attendance, student activities, and the sports and intramural programs.

The evaluation of the staff is the responsibility of the principal and vice principal
